Tronic Round Surface LED Downlight, 60W, White

Our review

This Tronic fixture is a round, surface-mounted LED downlight rated at 60 watts and designed to run on AC 220-240 volts. It comes in a white PVC body and carries a one-year warranty. Because it mounts on the surface rather than recessed into a ceiling, it suits rooms where there is no ceiling void to cut into, or where you would rather not disturb an existing ceiling. The 60W rating puts it at the brighter end of household downlights, so it is worth thinking about how much light a space actually needs before committing. Note that the listing describes the fixture as square in one line and round in the title, so confirm the shape with the seller. Also check the colour temperature and beam angle, since neither is stated here, and compare against lower-wattage downlights if you are lighting a small room. Available on Sokonia.
