Tronic 14-Globe Crystal Spiral Pendant Chandelier, Chrome Finish

Our review

This is a pendant chandelier built around fourteen crystal globes, hung in a spiral from a polished chrome canopy. Because the globes are the light source rather than hidden bulbs behind shades, the fixture reads as a piece of jewellery in the room, and the chrome keeps the metalwork bright and reflective. It suits someone lighting a dining table, a stairwell void, a double-height living room or a hotel-style bedroom where a single central feature is wanted. Before buying, measure your ceiling height and the drop you can afford, and confirm the ceiling can take the weight of a multi-globe fitting. Check the bulb type and fitting the globes use, since that affects running cost and brightness. Compare it with linear pendants and single-dome fixtures: those are simpler and easier to clean, while a spiral crystal design gives more sparkle and a stronger focal point. Also weigh how it will be cleaned and whether the chrome will match your other fittings. Available on Sokonia.
