Our review
The CKE B10S is a planetary stand mixer with a 10-litre bowl capacity, a 0.37kW motor, and a three-speed planetary gear system. It is aimed at small bakeries, specialty cafés, and restaurant kitchens that need consistent mixing in a compact unit rather than a full-size floor machine. Before buying, think about your typical batch size: 10 litres suits regular but not high-volume production, so compare against larger spiral or planetary mixers if you bake in bulk. Also check which attachments and bowl fittings come with the unit, since these affect what you can actually mix. Consider the 0.37kW motor against the doughs you plan to work with, and whether three speeds give you the control you need. It is available on Sokonia.
