CKE HEF-912 Commercial Electric Fryer, 42L Double-Tank Floor Model

Our review
The HEF-912 is a floor-standing electric fryer from CKE built for kitchens that fry continuously rather than in occasional batches. Its 42 litres are split across two independent 21-litre tanks, each with its own 4.5kW element and basket, so you can run two different oils, temperatures or menus side by side without cross-flavouring. That makes it a sensible fit for catering companies, fast-food outlets and larger restaurants where one countertop fryer would bottleneck service. Before buying, think about your electrical supply, since dual 4.5kW elements draw serious power, and confirm the floor footprint and clearance suit your kitchen. Compare against single-tank fryers of similar total volume: two tanks give flexibility but need separate filtering and oil changes, while one large tank is simpler to manage. Also weigh it against gas models, which may cost less to run where gas is reliable. Check tank dimensions and basket size against your typical portion before committing.
