The CKE ERC-35L is a heavy-duty electric rice cooker built around a 35-litre pot and a 3.5kW heating element, which puts it in the industrial class rather than the kitchen-appliance class. It is aimed at operations that cook rice in very large batches: institutional canteens, military kitchens, boarding schools and catering companies serving major events. If you run a smaller restaurant or a household, this unit is almost certainly oversized, and a countertop commercial cooker in the 8 to 15 litre range would be easier to manage. Before buying, think about whether your power supply can carry a 3.5kW appliance on its own circuit, and whether you have the bench or floor space and staff to handle a pot this size safely. Compare it with other large rice boilers on capacity, how the heating element is controlled, and how easy the inner pot is to remove and clean, since those practical points matter more than headline wattage once the unit is in daily use.
