Our review
This is a Dolphin stand fan, model ME-1860R, built around an 18-inch plastic blade and sold with a remote control. It is a floor-standing unit rather than a table or wall fan, so it suits a bedroom, living room, or office desk area where you want airflow at seated or standing height and would rather not get up to change the speed. The feather-touch controls and remote are the practical draw here, and Dolphin also lists a silent motor, a heavy base, and a lightweight body.
Before buying, think about the space you are cooling and whether a pedestal fan is the right shape for it. A stand fan moves air across a room at height, which differs from a ceiling fan's overhead circulation or a small desk fan's close-range breeze. Check the height adjustment and oscillation behaviour on the listing, since those details are not given here, and confirm the blade size matches the coverage you need. The plastic blade keeps the fan lighter than a metal-bladed equivalent, while the heavy base is there to stop it tipping when the head is angled. If quiet operation matters, the silent motor claim is worth weighing against reviews of comparable pedestal fans. Available on Sokonia.
