Tronic Square Ceiling Mounted Ventilation Fan, 100mm
TSh 162,500
Our review
This Tronic unit is a ceiling-mounted exhaust fan with a 100mm square face, designed to pull stale or dirty air out of a room. Because it sits in the ceiling rather than the wall, it is a practical choice when the space you want to ventilate is not near an open area or an external wall where a duct would normally run. It tends to suit bathrooms, kitchens, storerooms and utility rooms in homes or small businesses where air needs somewhere to go but running ductwork is awkward. Before buying, confirm the ceiling void and cut-out can take a 100mm fan, that there is a power source nearby, and where the extracted air will actually discharge, since a ceiling fan still needs a path to the outside. Compare it with wall-mounted and ducted alternatives: wall units are simpler to vent but need an external wall, while ducted models move air further but add installation work. If your room has no easy route to an open area, this style is worth considering. Available on Sokonia.
