Ingco Diagonal Cutting Pliers 6″ HDCP28168 with TPR Handles

Our review
These are Ingco diagonal cutting pliers, model HDCP28168, sized at 6 inches or 160mm. The body is chrome-vanadium steel with a black finish and polish, and the handles are two-colour TPR, supplied on a PP hanger. That combination points to a compact side cutter for general wire and cable work rather than heavy industrial cutting. It suits a home toolbox, an electrician's pouch, or anyone doing light repairs who wants a short, controllable cutter. Before buying, think about the wire you cut most: check the jaw and cutting edge condition on arrival, and confirm 6 inches gives you the leverage you need, since longer pliers trade control for force. Compare against other chrome-vanadium cutters in the same size, and look at handle comfort if you cut for long stretches. Available on Sokonia.
