Our review
The Tronic Adjustable Wrench is a hand tool built for loosening or tightening nuts and bolts. Its defining trait is a jaw section that changes size, so one tool can fit a range of fasteners instead of you carrying a full set of fixed spanners. The adjustment is made by turning a screw, usually located at the bottom of the head. That makes it a practical pick for a home toolbox, a workshop drawer, or a basic bicycle and furniture repair kit where you meet nuts and bolts of different sizes. Before buying, think about the jaw opening you actually need and the length of handle that suits your work; a longer handle gives more turning leverage but is harder to use in tight spots. Compare it with fixed spanners, which grip a single size more securely, and with locking pliers, which hold but can mark the nut. An adjustable wrench is a compromise tool: convenient, but it can slip if the jaw is not seated firmly, so always tighten the jaw onto the fastener before turning. Check the screw mechanism moves smoothly and that the jaw does not wobble. Available on Sokonia.
