Ingco Digital Caliper 0-200mm HDCD28200

Our review

This Ingco caliper covers a 0-200mm measuring range, which puts it in the larger end of handheld digital calipers. The 0.01mm reading resolution is fine enough for checking shaft diameters, bearing bores, plate thickness and similar work where a steel rule or tape measure will not do. The metric and inch conversion works at any position, so you can switch units without losing your reading or sliding back to zero, which is handy if you move between drawings in different systems. The body is plastic, so treat it as a general workshop and inspection tool rather than something for heavy industrial use or rough handling. Before buying, think about the range you actually need: a 150mm caliper is lighter and cheaper if you rarely measure past that, while this 200mm version gives extra reach for larger parts. Also check whether you want a thumb roller, depth rod or data output, since those vary between models and are not listed here. It arrives packed in a plastic box for storage. Available on Sokonia.
