Our review
The Sony Bravia 3 K-85S30 is an 85-inch 4K Ultra HD smart television built around Sony's HDR Processor X1 and the Google TV platform. Its appeal is size and picture processing rather than novelty features: the X1 engine works on colour, contrast and clarity, so films, live sport and games are meant to look more cinematic on a screen this large. It best suits a household with a big, well-lit living room or a dedicated viewing space where an 85-inch panel can sit at a sensible distance. Before buying, measure the wall or stand area, check that doorways and stairs allow an 85-inch set in, and confirm your seating distance suits a screen this size. Compare it with other large 4K Google TV models on brightness, HDMI connectivity and gaming features, since those details are not stated here. Also weigh whether Google TV's app range matters more to you than another smart platform. The K-85S30 is available on Sokonia.
