Tronic 1mm 3 Core Flexible Cable, 100m, Made in Tanzania

Our review
This is a 100-metre reel of 1mm three-core flexible cable from Tronic, PVC insulated and manufactured in Tanzania. The conductors are described as 99.9% pure copper, which is the detail that matters most here: conductivity and heat behaviour depend heavily on copper purity, and locally made cable can be easier to trace back to its source than imported reels with unclear origins. Three-core flexible cable of this size suits small power and lighting circuits where you need a live, neutral and earth in one run, and the flexibility helps in tight or awkward routes. Before buying, confirm the conductor size matches your circuit's current demand and that your electrician is happy with 1mm for the load; also check the reel is sealed and the sheath is undamaged. Compare against other 1mm three-core options on copper content, country of manufacture and whether the full 100 metres is actually on the reel, since short-measure reels are a common problem.
