Tronic Aluminum Diecast LED Flood Light Warm White 50W

Our review

This is a 50-watt LED flood light from Tronic, built in die-cast aluminum so heat moves away from the electronics rather than building up inside the housing. It puts out up to 10,000 lumens in a warm white tone, which is easier on the eyes than the stark white of many cool LED floods, and it draws more than 80% less power than the halogen lamps it is meant to replace. That combination suits homeowners lighting a yard, driveway or gate area, and small businesses illuminating a compound or loading area where the light stays on for long evening hours. Warm white is the better pick where people gather or where you want the light to feel less clinical; cool white tends to look brighter but harsher. Before buying, check the mounting position and whether the beam angle and bracket suit the surface you have, since a flood light aimed badly wastes most of its output. Compare against other 50W floods on heat management and color temperature rather than wattage alone, and consider whether a lower wattage would cover the same area. Available on Sokonia.
