Tronic LED Bulb 40W B22 Day Light

Our review

This is a 40-watt LED bulb from Tronic with a B22 bayonet base, listed in a day light version. In practice that combination points to a bulb meant for fittings that take a push-and-twist cap rather than a screw thread, and for spaces where you want a cooler, brighter feel than a warm white bulb gives. It suits anyone replacing a burnt-out bulb in a standard bayonet socket, or lighting a room where clear visibility matters more than a soft evening mood.
Before buying, check two things on your existing fitting: that the cap is B22 and that the holder can take a 40W bulb. Also think about where it will go. Day light tends to feel crisp in kitchens, workspaces and utility areas, while bedrooms and living rooms often read better with a warmer tone. If you are comparing options, look at wattage, cap type and light colour first, then how many bulbs you actually need for the room.
