Tronic Square Ceiling Mounted Ventilation Fan – 150mm
TSh 180,000
Our review
This Tronic unit is a ceiling-mounted exhaust fan with a 150mm square fascia, designed to pull stale or dirty air out of a room. Because it mounts in the ceiling rather than a wall, it suits spaces that sit away from an open area or an external wall, where running a duct would be awkward or costly. It is a reasonable fit for bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, or small commercial spaces that need regular air changes.
Before buying, check the ceiling cavity depth and the size of the existing opening, since a 150mm fan needs a matching cutout and enough void above it. Confirm how you will power it and whether you want a simple on-off switch or a run-on timer. Compare it with wall-mounted and inline ducted fans: ceiling units are tidier overhead but harder to service, so think about access. Also weigh airflow against noise, as a larger fan moving the same air generally runs quieter.
