Ingco Steel Measuring Tape 5m x 25mm HSMT39525

Our review

This Ingco tape measure gives you a 5-metre blade that is 25mm wide, marked in both metric and inches, so you can switch between systems without reaching for a second tool. The single button controls the blade, and the housing is made from pure ABS plastic. It suits carpenters, tailors working on larger pieces, electricians, and anyone doing home repairs or site work where both centimetres and inches matter. Before buying, think about blade width: 25mm is stiffer than narrow tapes, which helps when measuring across gaps alone, but it is bulkier in a pocket. Compare with other 5m tapes on blade standout, hook design, and whether you prefer metric-only markings for speed. The dual scale is the main reason to pick this one.
