Tronic Downlighter LED 5W Tri Colour Recessed Ceiling Light
TSh 20,500
Our review
This is a recessed ceiling downlight from Tronic, rated at 5 watts and switchable between three colour temperatures, which makes it a flexible choice when you are not yet sure whether a room wants warm, neutral or cooler light. The pearly sheen optical lens is designed to soften the output so it reads as gentle rather than harsh, and the spring clips do double duty holding the fitting in place while helping heat escape. It suits anyone lighting a corridor, bathroom, kitchen or small room where a flush ceiling fitting is preferred over a surface-mounted one. Before buying, check the cut-out diameter your ceiling already has, since recessed fittings only sit properly in a matching hole, and confirm the tri colour switching method suits your wiring. Compare it with fixed-colour downlights of similar wattage if you do not need the option to change tone, and with higher-wattage units if you are lighting a larger space. Available on Sokonia.
