Tronic PAR38 LED Bulb, 15W, Blue Light
TSh 37,000
Our review
This is a Tronic PAR38 LED bulb rated at 15 watts and finished in blue, so the light it throws is coloured rather than white. PAR38 is the wider, reflector-style shape, which makes it a candidate for fixtures that take that format, such as certain outdoor or accent fittings. Because the blue output is the point here, it suits decorative or effect lighting more than everyday room illumination. Tronic states the LED design avoids flicker and can cut energy use by up to 85%, which matters if the fitting stays on for long stretches. Before buying, confirm your fixture accepts a PAR38 bulb and a 15-watt LED, and check the base type, since none is listed here. Compare against white PAR38 LEDs if you actually need general light, and against coloured incandescent or halogen reflectors if you are weighing running costs. Available on Sokonia.
